Since Annual Reports of the EPO had been replaced by the Patent Index from 2019, the EPO does not publish statistics relating to opposition cases any more.
I personally found it a pity that the statistics relating to opposition cases, especially the statistics relating to outcome of opposition cases, were removed from the Patent Index, since they were helpful in identifying trends before the opposition division.
Fortunately, I now found out that the statistics relating to opposition cases are published in “Annual compendium of statistics on the activity at the EPO and at the member state offices” addressed to Budget and Finance Committee.

I have summarized outcome of the opposition cases published in "Annual compendium of statistics on the activity at the EPO and at the member state offices” from 2018 to 2020. The results are shown in the table below:
